Quick Catch-up

Well, school ended and Eli and I both slowed down a little bit- a welcomed break! I am currently working full-time at Apx Alarm as an account manager. I love it! It is a great change of pace and I really have enjoyed it so far. Eli is at the MTC, but has moved from teaching in the classroom to being a tutor for any of the Spanish-speaking missionaries who feel like they need a little extra help. He is taking the DAT (Dental Admissions Test) on June 16th, so he works part time and spends about 6-8 hours per day studying to get ready for the big test!

Right now I am 27 weeks along, and it sure doesn't seem like there is much more space for expansion! The baby kicks and moves all the time- all good signs that he is still healthy! I have had a really tough month, as I have been really sick from whooping cough for almost five weeks now. It has caused me to take some good time off from work, and has made it difficult to do much else. The doctors say that I probably have any more from one to five weeks left of the cough... in the meantime, I just hang out at work or home and spend a lot of time relaxing!

Other than that, we are doing very well. Eli sure is enjoying his motorcycle and has been very good about the rules that I threw at him- he mostly just uses it to putt around town. He will be heading out to Atlanta tomorrow for a little vacation and to visit home. Overall, I have to say that all is well! We are (mostly) healthy and happy! :)
